Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Strategy Session with Melanie Benson (“Coach”), you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both parties and ensure a clear, mutually respectful experience.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the time, preparation, and nature of the Strategy Session, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, changes in business direction, or perceived value. 

2. Scheduling and Delivery

Once your payment is received, you will be provided with access to schedule your session using our online calendar system or through direct communication. If you have purchased a Strategy or VIP day, you’ll be guided to book your Kick Off Call at which time your day session will be scheduled.We commit in good faith to deliver the session in a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

3. No Guarantees of Results

While the Coach will provide insights, strategy, and professional guidance, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, results, or income levels. Your results will vary based on your background, experience, commitment, and ability to implement strategies discussed. Melanie will work in partnership to co-create an aligned strategy and if a Strategy or VIP Day is purchased, provide access via Slack for questions, support and course-correction during the agreed upon access period.

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for your progress, decisions, and results.The value you receive is directly linked to your willingness and ability to take action on the strategies shared.Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or financial advising, and should not be used as a substitute for professional services in those areas.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, materials, and insights provided during the session are proprietary to Melanie Benson. You may not distribute, copy, modify, sell or share any part of the session content without express written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive and personal information shared during the Strategy Session confidential, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melanie Benson and her company disclaim any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the coaching session or your reliance on any information provided.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

9. Agreement

By purchasing the Strategy Session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
